Responsibilities

• Pre and post-sale integration support for Satixfy’s products, including modem based systems and Company’s ASICs
• Provide hands on training to customers on the systems and ASICs
• Manage delivery to customers, version control on each release and prepare supporting documentation
• Design, configure and implement customers’ demonstrations and trials
• Follow up and monitor customers’ progress developing and evaluating Satixfy’s products, drive internal teams to provide solutions to any customer-related issue

Requirements 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HW, VLSI or SW development
• Customer-facing experience
• Experience with complex communication or networking systems involving combined HW and SW
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• BSc in Computer science / Electrical engineering from known university
• Experience working for VLSI company – Advantage
• Experience with RF systems and RF test equipment – Advantage
• Experience in the telecom domain – Advantage
